Flipnode provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of Flipnode’s policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information Flipnode receives from users of the “Service”. This Privacy Policy applies only to information that you provide to Flipnode through the Service. Flipnode’s Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, and Flipnode will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Service.

Flipnode uses information obtained by technical means (such as the automatic recording performed by Flipnode servers or through the use of cookies) for the above purposes and in order to monitor and analyze use of the Service and Flipnode services,
Deletion of the Account
Customer and any Designated User with Admin Rights can request deletion of the Account through one of the following ways:
Users can delete their personal data by navigating to Account Settings → Personal Data & Compliance → Permanently Delete Account. This in-app option is available to all users and allows full deletion of personal data without requiring additional contact.
We reply to the request through email, asking for a confirmation, and informing the Customer and all Designated Users with Admin rights. This is required to verify that the requester has indeed legitimate access to the associated email Account, and that all administrative Designated Users are aware. In case the request seems suspicious, we might investigate further before proceeding with complete deletion of the Account.
Upon confirmation, we initiate the following process:
In the event of Subscription Term non-renewal by the Parties, accounts are downgraded to the Standard Free Plan. If the Customer does not log into the Account for more than 365 days, the Account is permanently deleted and the content of the Account is either deleted or returned, as requested by the Customer. After 6 months of inactivity, Flipnode shall provide bimonthly (every 60 days) reminder notifications, before deleting the Account, giving you the opportunity to retain your Standard Free Plan active or upgrade your account with a paid subscription.
